Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

1: Hard boil the eggs and add baking soda for easy peeling.

2: Slice the boiled eggs in half and separate the yolks into a bowl.

3: Mash the yolks and mix in mayo and half of the spice blend.

4: For the candied bacon, bake bacon slices with brown sugar until crisp.

5: Cool the bacon, then dice it.

6: Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.

7: Sprinkle with diced candied bacon, a crispy chip, and diced chives.
