lb rotini pasta

cup cherry tomato

cup persian cucumber
cup pickle relish

cup red wine vinegar

tbsp yellow mustard

tsp sugar

tsp poppy seed

tsp celery salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and set aside. 2: Grill or brown the hot dogs in a pan until cooked through. 3: Slice the cherry tomatoes and Persian cucumber. 4: Finely chop half of a large white onion. 5: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, onion, hot dogs, pickle relish, and chopped sports peppers. 6: In a separate bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, yellow mustard, sugar, poppy seeds, celery salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and juice from peppers until well combined. 7: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine. 8: Enjoy the pasta salad chilled or at room temperature.View original recipe
