Puffy Tacos

1: Preheat oven to 400ºF.

2: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

3: In a large skillet, cook ground beef low and slow until no longer pink. Drain.

4: Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5: Unfold pastry sheets and cut each into 9 squares.

6: Arrange taco meat down the diagonal center of the pastry squares.

7: Sprinkle with some of the shredded cheddar cheese.

8: Fold two opposite corners of each square over the filling, dab edge with a little water, and press edges to seal.

9: Place on the prepared baking sheet.

10: Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.

11: Serve warm or at room temperature.
