The meatballs are baked to golden perfection, then combined with marinara and mozzarella in hollowed-out rolls. Perfect for UCONN fans!
 Preheat the oven to 425°.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, sausage, breadcrumbs, parmesan, steak seasoning, and crushed red pepper.
Add the milk and egg, and mix gently with your hands until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 24 meatballs, each about 1 inch and weighing about 1 ounce.
Place the meatballs on a rimmed baking sheet, leaving room between each.
Bake meatballs for 15 minutes until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper to make garlic butter.
Place Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Cut small squares on the top of each roll and lightly hollow out the filling.
Brush the rolls inside and out with garlic butter.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella into each roll hole.
Add a meatball to each roll, then pour about ½ tablespoon of marinara sauce over each meatball.
 Top with the remaining cheese.
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Return sliders to the oven until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the foil and place the sliders under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
