A cozy meal that combines hollowed baguettes filled with a delicious fondue made from Grand Cru cheese, garlic, and a splash of wine. Perfect for enjoying after decorating the Christmas tree or sledding.
Cut each baguette in half and hollow out the inside of each half with a fork to form your 'pocket'.
In a 300 degree oven, warm your baguettes for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss shredded Grand Cru cheese with flour until well-coated.
To make the fondue, rub raw garlic on the inside of a medium pot.
Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a simmer.
Add cheese a little at a time, mixing continuously.
Add more wine until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the fondue into the warm hollowed out baguette and enjoy.
