15 mins prepServes 12
Delicious Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders made with deli ham, Swiss cheese, sweet Hawaiian rolls, and a honey-mustard dressing. Perfect for tailgating, these sliders are easy to prepare and bake for a melty, golden finish.
1: Heat oven to 350° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2: In a small bowl, combine mustard and honey and whisk to combine.
3: In a medium bowl, combine butter, poppy seeds, and 1 tablespoon of honey-mustard mixture. Whisk to combine to make poppy dressing.
4: Split slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on baking sheet.
5: Spread mayo in an even layer on the bottom layer of slider buns, then top with an even layer of ham and cheese.
6: Spread top buns with honey-mustard mixture, then place on top of the cheese layer.
7: Pour poppyseed dressing on tops of buns (using a pastry brush to spread if necessary) until all buns are coated.
8: Place in the oven and bake until cheese is melty and buns are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
9: Slice and serve.
