10 mins prepServes 6
A quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe that turns leftover Easter ham into cheesy and delicious pinwheels. These rolls are made with refrigerated crescent rolls, Swiss cheese, and ham, topped with a sweet mustard sauce.
1: Heat oven to 375°F.
2: Spray a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
3: Unroll 1 can of dough on work surface; reshape into 12x8-inch rectangle, and press perforations to seal.
4: Place half of the cheese slices evenly on top of dough; top with half of the ham.
5: Starting on the short, top edge of rectangle, roll up tightly, and pinch seam together.
6: Repeat with remaining dough, cheese and ham.
7: With a serrated knife, carefully cut each roll into 6 pieces, about 1 1/4 inches wide.
8: Arrange spiral sides up in baking dish, reshaping into round shapes, if necessary.
9: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and dough is baked through.
10: Cool for 10 minutes.
11: In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey.
12: Spoon mixture over rolls and serve warm.
