With layers of vanilla wafer crust, chocolate fudge, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry sherbet, it's topped with whipped topping and frozen raspberries, creating a crowd favorite that's both yummy and easy to prepare.

Instructions

1: Crush vanilla wafer cookies in a food processor or in an airtight bag and crush with a rolling pin.

2: In a medium bowl, combine all the crust ingredients and mix well. Reserve ¼ cup of crumbs for topping.

3: Gently press the remaining crust in a 13 x 9 pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

4: Spread chocolate fudge sauce over the crust.

5: Spoon vanilla ice cream over chocolate.

6: Place spoonfuls of sherbet randomly over ice cream, swirl gently into ice cream.

7: Top with raspberries, press gently into sherbet.

8: Spread whipped topping over mixture.

9: Top with reserved crumbs.

10: Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

11: Let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
