End of summer Fried Tequila Shots made with lime juice, tequila, and angel food cake. The cake cubes are air fried until golden brown and topped with powdered sugar, lime zest, and salt.
1: Combine lime juice and tequila in a bowl.
2: Dip angel food cake cubes in the tequila lime mixture.
3: Air fry the cubes at 360°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. If you do not have an air fryer, fry them in oil.
4: To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar, lime zest, and a touch of salt (optional).
