A delicious and easy-to-make sausage bread that's great for game day, combining sweet and hot Italian sausages with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese wrapped in pizza dough.
1: Grease a baking sheet (10x15).
2: Spread the pizza dough flat onto the sheet.
3: Crumble and brown the sausages.
4: Take 2/3 of the sausage and put it in the middle of the pizza dough lengthwise.
5: Combine the cheeses and put 2/3 of the cheese on top of the sausage.
6: Fold over one side of the pizza dough over the top and press down.
7: Repeat with the remaining sausage and cheese and fold the remaining flap over the top.
8: Seal the sides of the dough.
9: Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
