This easy Air Fryer Taco recipe can make any night a Tuesday night! Quick and delicious, it's perfect for special dinnertime moments with your family, even during hectic days.
In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef for 5 to 6 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes.
Stir cheese into beef mixture in skillet.
Meanwhile, cut an 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place it in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
On parchment and in the air fryer basket, arrange triangles in a ring so short sides of triangles form a 2-inch circle in the center. Dough will overlap.
Spoon beef mixture on the half of each triangle closest to the center of the ring.
Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under the bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around the ring until all the filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
Set the air fryer to 325°F; cook for 8 to 9 minutes or until the top of the dough is golden brown.
Place a large plate over the air fryer basket, and invert. Discard parchment paper.
Carefully slide the crescent ring back into the air fryer basket, bottom side up. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until top of dough is golden brown.
Place a large plate over the air fryer basket, and invert. Remove from air fryer.
Cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
