1: Slice off a piece of the side of each washed strawberry to prepare them. 2: Place strawberries in a cupcake/muffin tin to keep them steady. 3: Scoop out the middle section of each strawberry to make a small cup. 4: Combine one cup of boiling water with the packet of plain gelatin and stir until no clumps appear. 5: Add one cup of vanilla vodka to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine. 6: Fill each strawberry with the vodka gelatin mixture using a teaspoon. 7: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and allow the gelatin to congeal for 2-3 hours. 8: In separate bowls, add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips, and one teaspoon of coconut oil to each bowl. 9: Heat each bowl in the microwave for 30-second intervals until melted, stirring in between each interval. 10: Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place it on wax or parchment paper. 11: Put the tray in the fridge to cool and set the chocolate. 12: Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
