1: To each pot, add 4 cups of water, 1 Tbsp of white vinegar, and vegetables (shredded beets, onion skins, turmeric, red cabbage). 2: Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. 3: After simmering, drain the liquid and let it cool. 4: Add another 1 Tbsp of vinegar to the dye container and add hard-boiled eggs. 5: Place the containers in the fridge overnight. 6: In the morning, remove eggs from the dye liquid and let dry on upside-down egg cartons. 7: (Optional) Rub eggs with coconut or vegetable oil for a light shine. 8: For pastel eggs, monitor the soaking time in the dye.
